Hatha Yoga incorporates physical conditioning through a series of postures and breath control. Classes start with breathing, relaxation and warm-up stretches, followed by a series of postures or simple body movements. Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing, no shoes and bring a towel or small blanket. Class ends with a peaceful “quiet time.” Day: Tuesday Day: Thursday Fee: Punch card or drop-in.
